Hebei Sailhero is a company, which is specialized in developing, manufacturing and researching the hi-tech environmental monitoring equipments. Hebei Sailhero is the core enterprise in environmental protection industry, and also the unique company, which simultaneously has the Five Online Monitoring System(AQMS, Water Quality Monitoring, COD Monitoring System, CEMS, and acid rain Monitoring System) and the emergency monitoring vehicle.

Research strength The research and development of products is the key section for a company, and since 1998, our company has developed seventy four science and technology projects, as following: Since 1996, Hebei Sailhero has kept focus on the development and production of hi-tech environmental monitoring equipments. From 1998, we have carried out 74 scientific developing projects as following: Four projects in national “the Ninth Five-year Plan”, “the Tenth Five-year Plan” and “the Eleventh Five-year Plan”; Two national great technical equipments development creative projects; Three “863” Special Projects; Seven provincial research projects (completed and uncompleted); Forty eight National Accreditations; Two national industry standards (participated the policy formulation); Several of our researching achievements have reached the world level or national level.

Capacity Our company has two workshops of 7300 square meters totally, with four high-level assembly lines. The staff in production department is 45, and we can manufacture 5000 sets of various ambient monitoring equipments annually.

Sales network We have a wholy-owned subsidiary, Beijing Sailhero Zhongrun Science and tenology Co., Ltd., as our Beijing research center. We have a wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Sailhero Zhongrun Science and tenology Co., Ltd., as our Beijing research center.And we have another wholly-owned -owned subsidiary, Hebei Sailhero Zhongyi Environmental Protection Operation and Service Co., Ltd., as the professional after-sales support and technical service company.We also have fourteen offices in the center cities,from North to South,West to East in China. Depending on the technical strength from Beijing and Shijiazhuang centers, and with the motive of national and international cooperation, we have established an environmental protection science and technology enterprise platform combined with science, industry, trade, manufacture, teaching and research together.

We focus on improving products quality and technical service. We have passed the ISO9001 quality management system. From product development, component purchasing, manufacture, to inspection, transportation, after-sales service, we make every section according to the strict procedure and quality standard, to ensure providing our customers with best qualified products and service. We have a technical support team with 80 staffs, and have formed a whole service system, combined with the fourteen offices around China. Our company is one of the enterprises who achieve the first bitch of national environmental protection operation right. For now, we are set up two companies in Shangxi Province, Shandong Province and Henan Province, in order to closer to the markets and provide better service continuously to the customers.

Track record Depending on the first-grade development, Hebei Sailhero has become to the unique enterprise which owns the five online monitoring systems and digital emergency vehicle, and has four types with over twenty series products. Hebei Sailhero is the biggest enterprise with most various products in native environmental protection industry in China. Till now, we have installed over 700 sets of AQMS in China. Market share is over 30 percent. 400 sets of CEMS; 800 sets of COD; 300 sets of NH3-N monitoring equipments; Other products also have good sales in nationwide. We have installed AQMS in ZHONGNANHAI and National Environmental Protection Bureau. We also have exported our AQMS to European market.

Hardware foundation The hardware is the base of development for Hebei Sailhero. Hebei Sailhero has a scientific research building, totally 5600 square meters. We have large basic research laboratory equipments, such as Gas chromatograph, FT-IR, AA atomic absorption spectrophotometer, Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy, UV and visible photometer, Automatic Titrimeter, and etc.. Meanwhile, we have other inspection equipments and method, including PCB online inspection, environmental inspection equipments in the area of high-and-low temperature, humility and hot, and vibration, inspection equipments for components and whole unit. With new technical park’s management, and Beijing R & D Center’s operation, Sailhero will continuously develop and produce more high-tech and qualified products with the solid hardware.

Personnel strategy It is very important that a company cannot have a rapid development without talented persons. Sailhero has three hundred employees, and 90 percent of them have graduated from colleges. We have trained a research and development team with hi-tech, younger and powerful engineers and technicians. Meanwhile, we have sent our mainstays to further study in TSING HUA University, Beijing University, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In order to supporting a high-base and healthy development, Sailhero has invited sixteen experts as the members of strategy or experts team, to create a brilliant development.

Technical cooperation locally and internationally In 1999, Hebei Sailhero and Junkalor company from Germany have established good cooperation on car exhaust monitor and optical measuring platform appliance. As we have developed the world glass products, we also have practiced our technicians. Now, our German partner can train 2 or 3 of our technicians every year. In order to controlling European update development and news on environmental protection technology, we have set up good relationship with GETAS CONSULTING COMPANY, POLY CONSULTING COMPANY from Germany. In 2008, Hebei Sailhero has established cooperation with ECOTECH PTY CO. from Australia. We have introduced the production line of EC9800 Air Monitoring System, and has been ECOTECH’s production and after-sales center in China. In China locally, Hebei Sailhero has cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academy of Military Science, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Hebei Constructional and Engine College, Hebei Academy of Science. We have worked with them on various fields, such as, product co-development, combined study, staff training, combined school, and opening library.
